History: A twenty-seven year-old mother of twins came to the clinic because she is concerned about loosing her teeth. She states that she lost her molar because of her pregnancy with the twins. The Medical History indicates she is in good health and is six months pregnant. Her extraoral exam is negative. The intraoral exam reveals a reddish-purple, round exophytic, soft tissue mass on the facial papilla between #21 and 22 approximately 5x5 mm in size.
