History: A fifty five-year-old white male is in excellent health and has no oral complaints. He has been to the Dental Hygiene Clinic every six month for the past five years. During a recent physical exam for increased life insurance, the examining nurse noted an unusual area in the cheeks and referred the patient to our clinic for evaluation. Upon review of previous intraoral exams no significant findings were noted. |
