History: A fourteen-year-old patient came to the clinic complaining of sores on his lips and the corners of his mouth. His mother reports that he has been sick with a fever for two days and he is not eating well. She said that the sores were blister like and stared the same day as the fever. His mother states he never had any sores like this before. |
