History: A nineteen-year-old white, male, student, developed a sore throat, fever and malaise the week before finals. He came to the Dental Hygiene Clinic because he noticed the roof of his mouth looked funny. The extraoral exam reveals cervical lymphadenopathy. Intraoral exam reveals no other lesions except the area on the soft palate that the patient described. |
