History:

A twenty-seven year-old male came to the clinic because he is concerned about loosing his teeth. He states that he has not felt well. The Medical History indicates he is HIV positive. The intraoral exam reveals reddish-purple exophytic soft tissue mass on the hard palate in the area of #11 and #12 approximately 12x10x3 mm in size.
