Activity One: Finding Good Training

• Find a web-based source of training and send the url for the site

Example: An NAU graduate class http://jan.ucc.nau.edu/~jde7/ese625/

• Find a teacher, counselor or special education in-service being provided in your state and provide the name of the presenter, who has accredited it or given it continuing education CE units, or if it is not being offered for continuing education, why it is likely to be useful.
• Provide the name and address of a national organization that provides a membership opportunity and national meetings to support community building and sharing of information.
• Provide a rationale for determining the quality of training.
