the first column is the (arbitrary) label of the Fundamental Isotypic Component
the second column is the number of copies of the irrecucible space in this FIC
the third column is the dimension of one irreducible space in this FIC
 
The file basis.txt has the eigenvalues and eigenvectors sorted by FIC
sum of copies * dimension = the number of eigenvalues of L
                          = number of rows in basis.txt
