Beyond the scope of this assignment, I think it's important for all teachers to have model and mentor teachers they look up to and seek advice from. You can read the profiles of famous and successful teachers for ideas and inspiration, but you should also find other teachers in your school and community whose abilties and methods you admire. Seek out mentors and go to conferences to continue to learn and grow as a professional.
