Your principal has asked you two questions about your teaching:

1. How are you going to improve your students' writing ability?

2. Do you have any ideas for an extracurricular activity that you would be willing to create and supervise?

After giving is some thought, you decide that you would like to create a small literary journal with your students. A literary journal is a publication of creative and scholarly writing. After running the idea by your students, they decide they want to create an on-line zine. Before giving them a go-ahead, you plan to investigate zines and how they are created. You're not sure yet if you want students to create an on-line or a paper version, or if you want the zine to have a theme.
