Interview Brewmaster
Make an appointment to talk with the brewmaster at a local brew pub or brewery in your area. Design an interview with at least ten questions that you will be asking the brew master.
All students are required to use these five questions. Please design at least five more of your own interview questions to ask the brewmaster.
- What is the brewmaster's name and the name of their brewery or brew pub?
- How did you get into the brewing business?
- Did you learn brewing on the job or did you go to school? If so, Which school?
- What is your personal favorite type of beer? Why?
- How would you describe your personal brewing philosophy?
- How would you describe the beers that you produce here?
Go to the brewery or brew pub in your area and interview the brewmaster. Be sure
to record the interview responses.
Write the questions, the responses and your impressions during the interview.
Save on a floppy in your word processing program.
