The following paragraph describes a workplace scenario where you will be asked to promote an alcohol prevention program to your employee. The objective of this assignment is to thoroughly familiarize you with at least one alcohol prevention program.

Case Study:
You are a newly hired bar manager and you notice the bartenders at your establishment do not promote alcohol intervention with those who have had too much to drink. You have decided to approach your employer about implementing an alcohol prevention program in your bar. Write an argument that you will use with your boss that explains the reasons the establishment needs such a program and describe an alcohol prevention program that you would adopt at your bar. You can use the TIPS program or another of your choice.
