A good menu can serve as a valuable marketing tool for a food service operation. While a bad menu can detract from the sales of the operation.

In this assignment you will look up a menu on the internet and analyse it looking for strengths and weaknesses.

What type of clientele [demographics] do you feel the menu is intended?

Is the menu easy to read?

Are special items highlighted so they stand out?
