To complete this assignment successfully, you should:

In this assignment, you will be asked to interview a person about their expectations for individuals with disabilities. The person you choose to interview could be a parent, brother/sister, friend, co-worker, but they should not be someone who regularly serves persons with disabilities in thier job or through a community organization.
You will be responsible for gathering information about how this person sees the role of an individual with a disability. You can ask any question that you like. Be sure to get information about how this person sees individuals with disabilities being educated, securing and maintaining jobs, and living in their community.
Here a a couple of sample questions. Feel free to use these if you like.
1. Did children with disabilities attend your elementary school? Were there any children with disabilities in your class? Tell me how you think children with disabilities can master the general education curriculum?
2. What do you think about people with disabilities working for your company/organization?
3. How would you feel about having a group home for people with disabilities located you your neighborhood?
When you have finished your interview, complete each question below and submit your answers to the instructor.
