Group Communication in this course is accomplished via the NAU Virtual Conference Center

Instructions to Log On:

When you enter the Virtual Conference Center for the first time, you will click on the word 'Register' to register your userid name and password.

To register you enter:

• user id: Enter the first initial of your first name and your full last name, using ALL LOWER CASE LETTERS, e.g. jsmith for John Smith.

• password: Enter a password of your choice.

• Click on the 'Click here when finished' button

NOTE: The program will immediately ask you for the user ID and password you just created. This is normal. Enter the user ID and password you just created to get into the Virtual Conference Center.

When you go into the conference for the first time, you will be on the Personal Information Page. On this page, you must enter your name and e-mail address. You may fill out the other items if you choose.

When your finish the Personal Information Page, click on the 'Go to the Caucus Center', which will take you into the NAU Conference Center.

Now that you are registered, you will always arrive at this page when you come into the conference center. Choose to see a list of all conferences, and join the ESE424 conference.

Click the button above to go to the NAU Virtual Conference Center. From the main NAU VCC page, login-in, and then enter the class conference.

Along with the Virtual Conference Center, a newsgroup has been set up for the course. Click here to view the Class Discussion Board for ESE424 (not available yet)
