True DHTML relative positioning function
Initially developed for the Lauzon exhibit, this function repositions a layer relative to an image on the page, allowing the precision promised by CSS relative positioning without the disappointments in the real-world implementation. This is compliant with the family credo of "Not fit. Make fit." Future plans for this function may include converting it to a Dreamweaver behavior.
