Purpose: The purpose of this topic is to investigate the role of school health services in K-12 schools and its relationship with the other 7 components of Coordinated School Health.

Describe the essential functions of school health services.
Describe and give examples of how to integrate school health services with the other 7 components of CSHP.
Outline and be able to implement the action steps for implementing health services in a school setting.
