Topic 8: School-site Wellness for Staff

Purpose: The purpose of this topic is to investigate the role of school-site health promotion for staff in K-12 schools and its relationship with the other 7 components of Coordinated School Health.

Objectives:

  1. Describe the essential functions of school-site health promotion for staff.
  2. Describe and give examples of how to integrate school-site health promotion for staff with the other 7 components of CSH.
  3. Outline and be able to implement the action steps for implementing a quality school-site health promotion program for the staff.
