Topic 2: Federal Government

Purpose: The purpose of this topic is to investigate the role of the federal government in the promotion and support of Coordinated School Health.

Objectives:

  1. Describe the essential functions of the federal government relative to CSH.
  2. Describe and give examples of how the CDC-Division of Adolescent and School Health supports and promotes CSH.
  3. Outline action steps that could be taken to increase the support for CSH by the federal government.
