Since graduation from Moody Bible Institute of Chicago in 1980 with a BA in missions, I have been serving with United Indian Missions. I lived among the Navajo people of Western New Mexico for ten years as a student of Navajo language and culture while teaching Bible and working with horses at a Christian camp where I was exposed to a number of other Native American peoples in addition to the Navajo. At present I am on loan to the Indian Bible College of Flagstaff where I teach basic piano, guitar, music theory, and choir, as well as standing in as bookkeeper in the business office and filling in as instructor in Christian Education courses as needed.

Davis Jones
My goals are to write, produce and sing my own songs. That why I'm where
I am today. I grew up in Colorado Springs, Co., and moved to sunny,
Fountain Hills, Arizona in the summer of 90. I can remember singing as a
five year old in local talent shows. Even then I knew my calling in life
was to become a professional singer. At the age of 14, I started writing
my own songs (only in my head of course). It wasn't until this year that
I realized my dream was becoming a reality. The class of Compostion 215
was the first time that I ever put my songs down on paper. I have
currently been working on a song and have two completed already. These
song are: "Loneliness" and "Forever".

Todd Kenyon
I started studying guitar in 1983. I received private lessons from
Isaiah Sololom, a Prescott musician, for five years. From 1991-93, I played in local Phoenix
club acts. I decided to make a further committment to my musical career by going
to Yavapai College, where I studied guitar with Kirk Higgens. Deciding to transfer
to NAU in the Fall of 1996 was a positive choice in my musical career. I am currently
pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Performance under the guidance of Tom Sheely, resident
artist at NAU. My goal is to write musical scores for motion pictures with a guitar
emphasis.

Brian O'Neill, a junior music major in percussion, has been involved
with digital composition for about 7 years. Among composition, he is
also the principal percussionist for the
Flagstaff Symphony
Orchestra, and has also played with the
Flagstaff Festival of the Arts
Orchestra, the Arizona Opera's "Ring Cycle" Orchestra (being
produced again this summer in Flagstaff), the Sun City Symphony
Orchestra, and the Mesa Symphony Orchestra. In addition to his other
duties such being section leader for the
NAU Drumline, and playing
drumset with the NAU Big Band 1, Brian also designs web sites with
Canyon Web Works and Multimedia here in Flagstaff. Among the sites he
has constructed are all of the above links, and the
NAU Percussion Studio. Brian plans to
integrate digital composition into his field of work someday, in
addition to performing.

Greg Turner
Mr. Turner played freelance classical guitar in Las Vegas for seven
years before becoming a full time student at NAU majoring in music
education on the bass. He has performed at the Prochnow auditorium and
on TV for the Northland Family Help Center Telethon playing the Chapman
Stick. An electronic stringed instrument in the guitar family, the
Stick was invented in California in the 70's for which Greg composes
much of his music.
