1. For this part of the assignment I'd like you to 'share your story' with me!' As we've discussed in the electronic textbook lesson, very often such "non-directed," "tell me your story" is in fact a good way not to put preconceived biases in subjects' minds and thus to allow "grounded theory" (as they live and see it -- the ultimate in validity!) to "emerge!"

So -- I too am being vague with you -- for a reason! Notice that I chose to share with you my love of numbers and a self-esteem 'turning point' experience in my doctoral statistics class in my story.
