HYATT'S AWARD WINNING CHEF
We are pleased to feature our award winning chef, Don Carlson. Our guests will enjoy the benefits of his artistic accomplishments in all of our restaurants and in all of our banquets.
Our executive chef recently won the National Restaurnat Association's "Outstanding Chef of the Year" Award. His winning entry consisted of the three chicken entrees featured on the banquet menus. Don served as Executive Chef at the five-star rated Williamsburg Inn in Williamsburg, Virginia before we convinced him to join us a year ago. He personally oversees all our food and beverage operations. Don, in our opinion, is one of the outstanding chefs in the courntry. His expertise and comnmitment to customer service will help develop long-term relationships with our customers.
