This program will help you to build basic characters for MegaTraveller.
It should be fairly self explanatory. You will need the books to understand
the program.

Universal Planetary Profile Interpreter
This is a Java 1.1 applet that will interpret a UPP. The program
is pretty simple right now. I'll be adding features as I learn more Java.
