Faculty Support: Where can I get technical or course design help?
We have compiled some advice for instructors who are new to NAU or new to teaching online. Knowing who to call when you need help is important. NAU has several different tech support desks, each with its own specialty. For general computer problems such as issues with passwords, downloading software, network connection problems, etc, faculty should contact the Solution Center during regular business hours. For all Instructional Technologies including Blackboard, i>Clickers, Collaborate and more, faculty should contact the e-Learning Center. The STC is available to everyone outside regular business hours, and is the primary support contact for students.
