1. Student will be able to describe the metamorphosis of a frog and toad.

2. Compare and contrast frog/toad and salamander habits.

3. Write a report on life cycle.

Material/Resources:

Library materials, books, films/video, art supplies, internet research

Procedures/Activities:

1. Show film/video of metamorphosis

2. Draw the life cycle of a toad/frog.

3. Discuss the similarities and differences of frog and toads.

4. Use internet research, books, magazines, etc. to write a report.

Evaluation:

1. Class observation

2. Display reports and art work on bulletin board.

3. Check final report, art work.
