You may fill out the course evaluation anytime during Reading Week or the Final Exam Week.
A message from NAU Web Course Administration:
"The course evaluations for
Spring 2001 web class have been created and are ready for students to compete
using the Eval'a Jack system. Please refer your students to the following URL
and explain that the process is very particular. Once they log into Eval'a Jack
they must complete all the questions at one sitting because the system will
not let them log in more than once. In addition, please advise your students
not to use their "BACK" button as the system will assume they are
done and will not let them log in again."
When the evaluation is active, return to this page and click the following:
BA501 Course Evaluation (active)
Please reference "BA501 (your last name) Assignment name and number" in the subject line of either below.
