Total Quality Management
Total Quality Management is designed to comprehensively incorporate quality throughout an organization. You will study some fundamental definitions of quality and exercise some key quality management tools.
Objectives:
The objectives for this lesson are as follows:
1. Be able to define key concepts in total quality management.
2. Build a "House of Quality" using quality function deployment.
3. Construct a Pareto Chart.
4. Construct a Fishbone Diagram.
5. Understand the role of inspection in a TQM program.
