In order for a health education curriculum to be effective, list, explain, and give your rationale of at least 4 key factors.
What is the current general national status of HE in k-12 schools as described in Chapter 3 of the text? What is the status of HE of the k-12 school you graduated from, or one with which you are familiar? Is HE taught? If so, how often is it taught? Who teaches it?
How would you teach the topic of nutrition in HE. Give an example of how this topic could be supported by in Physical Education and activities that could be done by the school nurse, school counselor, and the food service to support the HE concept you would be teaching in your HE class.
